Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is really huge in Japan standard, with substantial vanity counter space in the rooms. After leaving the window open for a while, the smell mostly dissipated. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff who sat motionless after witnessing me fall down. The location is very nice, with lots of opportunities to eat and go out around the hotel and convenient for my business purpose. The dining experience was served in a nice, bright room but somewhat limited in Western food.
I was impressed by the spacious rooms that provided plenty of space to move around. Despite missing a clothes closet, the room had all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location offered a variety of dining and shopping options, although it was slightly distant from major train stations. The dining experience was acceptable but somewhat limited in Western food choices. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
I found the hotel to be quite spacious with most amenities one would expect in a 5-star room, although the lack of a clothes closet was a downside for me. The service was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience left something to be desired, but the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel room in Japan is really huge, which was very, very spacious and well-furnished, had a large luxurious bed, and offered a fantastic panoramic view to the city. It had lots of spaces to move about and most of the amenities one would look for in a 5-star hotel room, except it was missing a clothes closet so this could be one less star I guess. The service was amazing, with staff being extra helpful and friendly, although there was an incident where I fell and they just sat motionless. The location was perfect for my business purpose, with lots of eating opportunities around, a convenient store nearby, and nice restaurants. The dining experience was really good, offering delicious food that everyone will enjoy, even though it was somewhat limited in Western options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and came with great amenities like a small table with 2 chairs and a desk with integrated power supply. However, the room temperature was too warm for us, leading to the cancellation of our second booking. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was convenient for my business purpose, with many dining options nearby. The dining experience had some limitations, but overall, I enjoyed my time there.
